Jasper is a fox of considerable experience. He has eaten pastéis de nata in Lisbon, navigated the markets of Madrid, and once - entirely on purpose - ordered something completely unidentifiable in Paris and ate every last bite with great dignity.
About Jasper
He wears a slightly rumpled khaki explorer's jacket and a pair of glasses that often sit a little low on his nose. He considers himself a seasoned adventurer, which is mostly true, except when it isn't.Every month he writes to your child from somewhere in the world. He describes what he saw, what he heard, the people he met and the things that surprised him. And tucked into every letter - whatever the destination - are words and phrases from the language your child is exploring. Jasper's adventures are currently available in French - with more languages potentially on the way.Your child doesn't just read about the world. They discover a new language - building vocabulary, completing puzzles, cutting and assembling beautiful templates and filling their own scrapbook pages with a little bit of themselves along the way. One month at a time.

A note from the founder
I wanted to create something that got children off screens and into the world - something beautiful and tactile that they could be proud of making themselves - something they want to show to everyone.Languages have always felt like doors to me - and I wanted children to feel that too, before the world tells them it's too difficult.Jasper arrived fully formed one afternoon and refused to leave.
